By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

2. No Attorney–Client Relationship

Content on this website is for general information only and does not constitute legal advice. Use of this site, or submission of any form, does not by itself create an attorney–client relationship with ALAS or any of its member lawyers.

3. Eligibility for Services

Legal assistance is extended to Eagle members and qualified beneficiaries subject to ALAS policies, conflict checks, and the availability of volunteer lawyers.

4. Intellectual Property

The ALAS name, seal, and site content are the property of the AGILA Legal Aid Service and TFOE – Philippine Eagles, and may not be used without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

ALAS makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but does not warrant completeness. ALAS shall not be liable for damages arising from use of this site.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
