Eagle Refers
Any Eagle member in good standing refers a person needing legal assistance, citing their membership number and chapter.
ALAS Routes
The request is routed to the appropriate Chapter Legal Coordinator or volunteer lawyer by location and area of practice.
Lawyer Assigned
A volunteer ALAS lawyer takes the case — consultations, documents, hearings, and updates tracked in one secure file.
Resolution
The client receives updates until the matter is resolved; referral statistics are reported by chapter, district, region, and province.
