Ask the Eagle

Any lawyer in good standing who is a member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles may apply through the online Membership form. Fill in your Roll Number, TFOE-PEI details, and areas of practice, and give your Data Privacy consent. The National Secretariat reviews applications, and once approved you receive your login for the Member Portal and your digital membership ID with QR verification.

Eagle members in good standing and qualified beneficiaries endorsed through a chapter or through the Eagle Referral System. Services include consultations, legal opinions, mediation, demand letters, and representation for deserving cases, subject to evaluation by the assigned volunteer lawyer.

Any Eagle member may refer a person who needs legal help using the Eagle Referral page. Provide your name, Eagle number, and chapter, plus the client's details and legal concern. The referral is routed to the National Secretariat, which assigns it to the appropriate volunteer lawyer by location and area of practice, and you are kept updated until it is resolved.

The annual dues are set by the National Board and are payable to the National Secretariat in cash, GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or check. Your payment is recorded in your member record — the Secretariat can confirm your status anytime.

Log your consultations, court appearances, missions, trainings, and seminars in the Member Portal. A coordinator or the Secretariat certifies the hours, after which they count toward your ALAS service record and printable volunteer certificates — accredited work may also support your MCLE compliance.

Donations fund free legal missions, disaster relief, scholarships, and medical assistance. Every donation is receipted, recorded in the books, and reported under the Transparency program, where financial reports are published at the discretion of the national administration.
